Demo: Membership

This checkout is in test mode: you can try everything, but no real payment will be taken.

Join the Baking Club and the recipe archive opens up, along with 10 percent off every workshop.

Demonstrates: account_mode is set to "optional" on this page, and yet the checkout demands an account anyway. That is the membership product type overriding it, because there is nothing to grant a group to otherwise. Configuration may tighten a rule, never loosen it.

Best value Baking Club membership (1 year)
A year of monthly live sessions, the recipe archive and 10 percent off every workshop.
Demonstrates: product type membership. It grants a Joomla user group for the configured period and takes it away again on refund. Because there is no group to grant without an account, this type forces the checkout to require one, whatever the checkout itself is set to. Renewing does not create a second grant: it moves the existing expiry date forward by the same period.

€99.00 excl. VAT
Studio Access pass (1 month)
One month of self-service access to the daylight studio.
Demonstrates: a short membership, entered gross, so you can watch a grant expire without waiting a year. The task plugin sweeps expired memberships and revokes the group; run it by hand from Joomla -> Scheduled Tasks.
